With ServiceCEO, once the job is created, the invoice is as well. From here, you can change the amount charged for the service and enter a discount before sending the invoice to your customer via email or by mail.

Your invoices have a custom look and feel to match your company’s branding with your logo at the top, along with your company billing information. You also have the option to add text to the ‘notes’ section, including images—which will appear at the bottom of the invoice. Once the invoice has been populated, you can either email or print the document from within the system.

ServiceCEO allows you to process all forms of payments; such as cash, check and credit cards*, while integrating seamlessly with Quickbooks, eliminating the need for double entry.
