Responsibilities:
As a Customer Success Advisor at ServiceCEO, you will generate and follow up on prospect interest, education, and will lead their decision process for a web based solution that addresses their business management requirements. Daily responsibilities include:
- - Proactive outbound lead generation calls
- - Inbound lead follow up call
- - Lead qualification
- - Solution demo's
- - Opportunity and pipeline management
- - Closing sales opportunities

We offer a comprehensive training program to help support and accelerate sales performance. The training program will help educate Customer Success Advisor about the field service market we serve; our web based software solution, our sales process, and implementation and support programs.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic atmosphere, where performance is expected and handsomely rewarded. Software background is not strictly required however a previous position requiring high volume of activity should lead to a high level of success in this opportunity. Additional experience or understanding of the operations of a service business will contribute to your success.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years of sales experience or profile for accelerated learning of sales process
- Ability to lead multiple customer sales cycles and close effectively (i.e., you are not an order taker)
- Experience or ability to give online demonstrations using Web conferencing technology Ability to quickly learn a new software product and clearly communicate its value proposition
- Excellent writing skills; e-mail messages clearly communicate a call to action, steps to closing the sale, etc.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; clear and articulate
- Team Player
- Strong ability to actively listen and determine customer's needs
- Income driven
- Able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment (growing)
