In the cleaning industry, scheduling changes pop up all the time. When your employees begin their workday at home and not in the office, it can be difficult to reassign jobs. Doug Lucas, owner of Country Maids, knew this and found a solution with ServiceCEO Web Edition.
What were your largest business challenges before using ServiceCEO Web Edition?
Trying to coordinate the customer information with the scheduling, communicating that information to the maids and then, on top of that, having to coordinate that information with the invoicing and payments.
How has your day-to-day life changed since you started using ServiceCEO Web Edition?
This application will easily save us 6 to 10 hours a week alone.
If you could describe ServiceCEO Web Edition in 1 word, what would it be?
What advice would you give another service business owner that is looking at a service management solution?
Compare ServiceCEO Web Edition to whatever else is out there. Guaranteed that nothing comes close for the money. ServiceCEO Web Edition is truly a bargain.
How valuable do you think it is that ServiceCEO Web Edition is web-based?
Very much, especially because of the employee portal. The employee portal for me is one of the key features. They don't have to start in the office every day. Our employees start at their houses so when there are schedule changes they are able to log in themselves, see the changes, print the work orders and get directions from where ever they are at. That's key. I get extra jobs done since they don't waste time drinking my coffee in my office in the morning.
Can you tell me about your experience with the people here?
Everyone's been very responsive. I've gotten to know and talk with a bunch of them, and they all have been very helpful.
Do you have any additional comments on ServiceCEO Web Edition?
I think it's especially great for people who are just starting up. It's a pay as you go program which makes the cost scalable to the size of the business. There's no base payment which makes it a pretty easy entry for who ever is trying ServiceCEO Web Edition.
