What were your largest business challenges before using ServiceCEO Web Edition?

A big paper trail! Accessing information was difficult; looking at previous jobs to find charges, addresses, etc. was very difficult.

How has your day-to-day life changed since you started using ServiceCEO Web Edition?

EVERYTHING! We are now able to access the same information at the same time from multiple locations. We have multiple offices and now all of them are on the same page at all times. It is so much easier now.

Has ServiceCEO Web Edition made running your business easier? If so, how?

Yes, we are now able to access all of our information from multiple locations. It is consistently updated and backed up. I don't have to do any of the manual backups myself. I now have the convenience of emailing my employees their schedule rather than them having to come to me to get job tickets. This allows them to each do one more job a day, making them and me more money in the process. Due to this we make more money just by using ServiceCEO Web Edition.

Whta is a feature in ServiceCEO Web Edition that saves you time every day?

Before, we were manually writing everything down on two-part carbonless copies so that we could do accurate accounting by double entering them into QuickBooks. Now we have a job ticket that we can print and give to our customers. Closing the work order automatically creates the invoice that we then seamlessly integrate to QuickBooks. So much easier and saves us a ton of time. That is even more convenient.

If you could describe ServiceCEO Web Edition in one word, what would it be?


How valuable do you think it is that ServiceCEO Web Edition is web-based?

For my company it is essential as we have 3 offices! It was hard to communicate over the phone all the time, but now I enter something and the sub-contractors can see it right away. No more giving directions over the phone, just Google and email!

How long did it take to get up and running on ServiceCEO Web Edition?

Not long at all. It was so easy. I started out on a web conference. They showed me the basics of ServiceCEO Web Edition and then asked if I had any questions and answered each one. I was even assisted with setting up my account. The first month or so using it I had a lot of questions and they were there to answer each of them.

Can you tell me about your experience with the people here?

Just AMAZING. Anytime I have a question they are right there to answer it. They are very prompt in returning calls or emails and I have not found a better sales rep anywhere!

Do you have any additional comments on ServiceCEO Web Edition?

I give my highest recommendation for ServiceCEO Web Edition. My overall experience on a scale of 1-10 is an 11! It's amazing and you will be very pleased if you choose this company!
